Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using srinfobiz.com (the "Site"), operated by SR Infobiz ("we", "us", "our"), a freelance IT services business based in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India. By accessing or using the Site, or by asking us for a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any part of the Site you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (and, if you request a paid service, old enough to enter a binding contract under Indian law) and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Site for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. What we offer

  1. Services such as web development, IT consulting, custom software development and the Website Security Check, offered by quotation.
  2. Free online tools that run in your browser.
  3. Information such as articles and pages on the Site.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  1. break any applicable law or regulation, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India;
  2. try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or related systems, or interfere with them;
  3. send spam or unsolicited commercial messages through our forms;
  4. use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access or copy the Site without our written consent, or bypass any limit we apply;
  5. submit false, misleading or unlawful information, or impersonate anyone.

We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being broken.

4. Intellectual property

The content and code of the Site, including text, graphics, logos and the design of our tools, belong to SR Infobiz or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission, except for personal use and as allowed by law. Work we create for you under a separate agreement or accepted quotation is covered by that agreement.

5. Free tools are provided "as is"

The free tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that their results will be accurate or suitable for your purpose. Please check important results yourself before relying on them in production, legal, financial or other critical settings. You use them at your own risk.

6. Services, quotations and payment

  1. Paid services are agreed through a written quotation sent by email or WhatsApp. The scope, price, timeline and terms in an accepted quotation apply to that work.
  2. Quotations are valid for the period stated in them. Prices are stated in Indian rupees. We are currently not registered for GST and do not charge it; if this changes, the quotation will say so.
  3. The Site does not take online payments. We will tell you how to pay when you accept a quotation.
  4. Delivery dates are estimates and depend on you giving us timely information and approvals.
  5. Any change in scope may change the price and timeline and will be agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SR Infobiz and the people who work for it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, including loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, the tools or our services. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim or, where nothing was paid, INR 1,000. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Third-party services and links

The Site shows advertisements served by Google AdSense and may link to other websites or use third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

9. No professional advice

Information on the Site is general and informational. It is not legal, financial or other professional advice. Please obtain independent advice before acting on it.

10. Website Security Check

This section applies only to the Website Security Check at /services/website-security-check/ (the "Security Check"): the automated check, its free preview of the most serious findings, and the full report, which we provide only on request and by separate quotation. If it conflicts with another part of these Terms, this section prevails for the Security Check.

  1. Your declaration. Before every check you declare that you own the website you enter, or that you have the written permission of its owner to run the check. You are solely responsible for that declaration and for having the right to request the check. If you act for someone else, you confirm you have their written permission and will show it to us on request. We may refuse or stop any check, and we keep a record of the declaration, your email address, IP address and the time.
  2. What it is. The Security Check is an automated, passive and advisory assessment. It sends a small number of ordinary requests to the website and compares what it publicly returns with commonly used good practice. It is not a vulnerability assessment and penetration test (VAPT), not a certified security audit, and it gives no certificate, compliance statement or approval from any government, regulator or other body.
  3. No guarantee. We do not guarantee that it will find every vulnerability or misconfiguration, that its findings are complete or error-free, or that a website with a good grade is secure. You decide what action to take and should take qualified advice before relying on the result.
  4. Legal responsibility. Any legal consequence of scanning a website you were not authorised to check lies with you, as the person who made the declaration, and not with SR Infobiz.
  5. Your indemnity. If your declaration is false or inaccurate, or you use the Security Check in breach of these Terms, you will indemnify SR Infobiz against claims, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from it, to the extent the law allows.
  6. Liability. Where a report is provided for a fee, our total liability for that report is limited to the amount you paid for it. Where the Security Check or its summary is free, we have no liability for it beyond what the law does not allow us to exclude.
  7. Records and retention. We store your reports, the website address, your email address, your IP address and the time of each request for 180 days, for abuse prevention and to provide the service, and then delete them. See the Privacy Policy.
  8. Limits on use. We may limit the number of checks, refuse any address, block disposable email addresses and block misuse. You must not use the Security Check to scan systems you are not authorised to test, to attack or overload any website, or to avoid our limits.
  9. Governing law and courts. This section and all disputes arising from the Security Check are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jamnagar, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site or a service at any time if you break these Terms or the law. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as intellectual property, liability, indemnity and governing law) continue after that.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms. The version you accepted for the Security Check is recorded with your request.

13. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and any accepted quotation, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site and services. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site or our services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jamnagar, Gujarat, India.
